NDVDL s.r.o. is based in Bratislava. For Vienna and Lower Austria that is a shorter journey than from within the country itself: Vienna lies closer to our office than most Austrian state capitals. We keep no office in Austria — on-site appointments are driven from our registered office, everything else runs by remote support and phone.
Our servers are in Bratislava (Slovakia, EU) and Belgrade (Serbia). If your data must not leave the EU area, we plan for that from the start — then it sits in Bratislava only. That is not a special arrangement but a question we ask before planning begins.
Both server locations are built redundantly and monitored continuously; there is a recovery plan for the worst case. What that means day to day: a failed device is a task for us, not a standstill for you.
We work in German, English and Slovak — you will always be speaking to someone in your own language.
